One of ELP’s most effective tools for growing great leaders is our flagship program called Leadership Circles. This program gathers a group of leaders from your company to learn together in an ongoing collaborative process.

Group Sessions To Empower Your Company’s Leaders
A Leadership Circle is a group of 12-18 leaders who are chosen to come together for a year-long program. It’s a way of learning that builds community, support and accountability. The group members get time to learn, process, and integrate new leadership skills.
We Believe That People Are More Powerful Together
Susan Smalley acts as your guide, trainer and truth-bomb facilitator, sharing new ideas and tools to put into action immediately. She’s there to support you, but more importantly, you’re part of a circle of fellow leaders who you can lean on during the process.
A Full Year Of Group Leadership Development
Each Leadership Circle includes monthly sessions focusing on universal skills, 360 feedback and action planning, and custom sessions based on needs of the group.
The work you do together lays the groundwork for a supportive leadership network – ensuring continued support and connections long after your year with Susan is complete.
